According the latest EPSI Rating study concerning electricity companies in Finland Helsinki Energy has the most satisfied private customers. So, when the reasons for the differences in customer satisfaction between companies are considered, it can be seen that Helsinki Energy is good in every domain: service quality, product quality, and price-performance ratio. And also from its customers Helsinki Energy receives nearly an excellent score for its complaint handling. In Finland totally 42 % of the household respondents remember that they have had unexpected electricity cuts during the last 12 months. And Helsinki Energy's network region seems to be an exception. There, only 16 % was the respective percentage.
